my dog has worms and we used the safeguard stuff and it didnt work at all so how well does the d-wormer stuff work?

She just took a 3 pill today and its once a month meds so its been 3 months but i still see worms in her poop. and my dad said he saw one on the plate she licked.
this was the same medication shes been taking since we got her from the previous owners. she was already taking the medication before we found out she had worms

Most wormers don’t treat all types of worms, especially the over-the-counter wormers. One dose of the right wormer will kill them all. Time for a vet visit- bring a stool sample so the vet can determine the type of worm and give her the CORRECT medication to take care of the problem.
