Question by snapbail: Are there any vets here? I need advice!!?
Our dog has seen the vet twice this week. He hasn’t eaten in a week and he is vomiting after drinking water. He has had a treatment for whipworms even though none were found in the “sample” just as a precautionary measure. He is having shots for nausea each day but it’s not seeming to help & he can’t keep his antibiotics down. Our vet will use intravenous fluids only as a last resort because the dog doesn’t do well when being “fussed” with. Negative for heartworms. Does anyone have any suggestions to help stop the vomiting in order to stay hydrated? Or any suggestions on what may be wrong with him. How long can a dog go without eating?

I didn’t have time today for a proper vlog so this will have to do. In which I take my dog to the vets for a checkup and get some stuff to keep the fleas away. Question by Timothy S: How much should it cost to get a dog wormed and vaccinated. It seems that some vets over do it to make extra $
I just took in a homeless puppy and he needs wormed and vaccinated but my budjet is tight.It never seemed to cost this much to have a dog. It used to be , you took them to the vet and they womed them and, vaccinated them in one day. now they want to do alot more, and they want you to come back for more visits. These things I never needed to do before and all my dogs lived long healthy , happy lives.

Answer by bassetnut Depends on where you live, and the area the vet is in. There can be a huge difference in vet prices in the same city.
