My Dog Is Having Trouble Keeping Food Down?

My 6.5 month old Lab/Akita/Pit mix is struggling to keep food down. He is taking 500 mg of Keflex for a nailbed infection, and is almost done with the prescription.
He seems active, happy, and himself, and wants to eat. About an hour after he eats, he throws everything right back up. His stool from an hour or so ago was solid and looked normal – no worms, not bloody.
He’s sleeping now, but earlier was running around, playing fetch, tug, etc. What could cause this? He doesn’t appear depressed, and has his Parvo shots (and due to his nail infection, hasn’t been spending much time with other dogs, other than a brief stint at the dog park yesterday), and his symptoms don’t seem like Parvo.
I’m planning on calling the vet to set up an appointment tomorrow, but maybe I should try to get an emergency appt tonight?
Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you.

episodes. any ideas what it is? Please do not say take him to the vet, his appt is tomorrow, i just want to know kind of what to expect. i was told it may be tapeworms, and the seizures are because his blood sugar is too low due to the worms. he had fleas really bad when i bought him, so that kind of fits. what do you think?
