if my dog is found with parvo, do i get him treated and still have a chance of him not making it or do i just get him put down without pain and suffering?
Also what sort of worms would give the same symptoms of parvo?

He ate a little of it before I even knew what he was doing. There are a lot of stray cats around here and I’m concerned that he’ll get worms from it. He is on Heartgard, of course, but that doesn’t cover all types of worms. Should I have him fecal tested right away, or just look for symptoms? I think some types of intestinal worms don’t have symptoms though, right? I’m confused.

I changed her food about 2 months ago to a better, more protein food. I switched her back (to Iams) to see if that is the problem. You can see her ribs and vertabrae. She is still eating, and does not have any other symptoms. From what I can tell, I don’t think she has worms. She has updated shots as well. My vet is not cheap and I have a low budget, any suggestions?
