Bambina in pain

This was about an hour after Bambina’s second injection for heartworms. It broke my heart to see her so sore.

She is 4 years old and has always been healthy. But since last night, she’s been acting very strangely. She is very weak and slow, and she trembles from time to time. The worst and most upsetting symptom is that when she’s walking around, she will suddenly cry out very loudly or whine with no visible reason for her pain. Mostly she seems to cry out when she jumps up on the bed or when she goes from sitting to standing. She also starting pooping a lot more than usual. Her poop is solid, not runny, but is softer than usual, and yellow and green in color. I checked it for worms, so that’s not the problem. When I gently rub her belly, it is not swollen or bloated, but feels cramped and hard to the touch. These symptoms, when combined, seem to point to stomach/abdomen troubles. Lastly, she is very standoffish and does not want to lay in bed with me, which is very unusual–she is normally highly affectionate and cuddly. What is wrong with her? What can I do to make her feel better??

She’s been scooting. I know that can be anal sacs needing drained. The vet did that a couple weeks ago, and said really they didn’t even need it.
The dog was still scooting when she got home. I also had a worm test done, and it came back negative. Sometimes she eats grass too, which I know can be a sign of stomach issues. She vomits once and a while too. I’m going to have another vet look at her, just wondered if anyone had any natural remedies or if it sounded like anything in particular. It cost me around $400 last time I had this checked (2 weeks ago) and it will be another month before I can afford that again. I’ve tried cleaning the area with vinegar which helps some.
