How Often Can I Deworm My Dog?

I brought home a new puppy that had hookworms. I treated that and they are gone from the puppy but now one of my other dogs has them. She is showing the same symptoms as the puppy was. I wormed her last night but she threw up most of it and is feeling really sick and won’t eat. I know the worms reproduce every 24 hours so can I worm her again today? Yes, I know “take her to the vet” but it’s after 5:00 and the vet is closed. I need a fix until morning when I can get her there.
