when a mosquito bite a dog that is not taking the heart worm guard preventive medicines does that mean the dog will get heart worm 100% ?

or does the mosquito have to be infected or some sort ?

The mosquito has to be carrying the heartworm microfilaria, and has to bite the dog long enough to transfer it.

First dream, i bit into a strawberry. The strawberry was hollow but there was a little earth worm inside of it, still alive.
In the second dream, i was bathing a dog and realized that one of those little white dog worms were in my hair and all over the dog.
Both dreams had worms in it, just two different types of worms. Is there any significance to the meaning of these worms?
