Little Miss Pathetic (Stray Dog Adoption # 3)

Folks, we really do NOT need another dog: We already have 2, both adopted strays. The dog in this video, however, has been hanging around my husband’s place of work for 2 months now, sleeping in the office on a chair and wandering into the 55-mph highway when her “owners” did not watch her (or give her food or water)! We finally broke down and took her home, to 2 1/2 acres with a radio-collar fence… and 2 other dogs and 3 cats/kittens. How could we NOT adopt her, when her previous owners said they would, THAT VERY DAY, turn her in to our local Animal Control Shelter? Our small-town shelter kills 90% of the adult dogs turned in. Does Little Miss Pathetic (we’re calling her “Charlotte”) deserve to die? We didn’t think so. We’ll make room. All of our pets are shelter-animals or strays. I just can’t say enough good things about mixed-breed, stray pets. They are the BEST! Our 3 other cats and 2 other dogs are featured in my other videos. I think they’re exceedingly cute and good pets… the best ever! Do YOU think they’re cute? If so, please take a look around your local ASPCA, Humane Society, or Animal Control shelter, and see if there’s a pet who needs you as much as these pets need us. Thank you! Oh, BTW, she’s not pathetic because she’s too skinny, like virtually all our other adopted strays were at one time, but because of her demeanor. She’s even afraid of Happy Kitten! She tries to hide on our laps when a cat approaches, seeking love, and she virtually always looks as

Those would be tapeworm segments if they are about the size and shape of a grain of rice. You would not be able to see whipworms. A dewormer will rid her of those.

Give him Drontal – I guess you can buy it from a pet store or the net, dosage appropriate for the dogs weight, repeat in 14 days.

Loud Little Screaming Dog. LOUD.

Taco Bell Dog, MMMM. Her name is Peaches, she also goes by ‘worm.’

For this episode of Dog & Croc, writer/performers Chris and Nat decided to tone down the violence and inject more of a plot into the proceedings. Confident that this would alleviate the number of complaints the BBC were receiving for broadcasting it, Chris and Nat were dismayed to learn that it was the most complained-about piece of British television in 1998.
