There could be, depending on what they ate. Viruses I would say no, because most are host-specific.

I just found out my dog has worms and now I am paranoid thinking that i might have them but is that even possible?

Most worms are passed to humans through the fecal oral route. Basically they pass the eggs in their stool and if you ingest them you can become infected. Technically if you dog eats its own stool or licks its bum then your mouth then there is a chance. (sorry it is gross I know!)

I just found out my dog has worms and now I am paranoid thinking that i might have them but is that even possible?

My chihuahua pup seems to spend an awful lot of time licking her butthole, and I don’t know why. Does she have a problem with her anus, or does she simply like the smell/taste? According to the symptoms I have looked up, she does not have worms.
