Yes. A day, maybe two is okay but make sure she still gets water. If she’s not drinking you can put the water in her mouth with an eyedropper. You can also offer her a little bit of Pedialyte to help keep her hydrated and some canned dog food or maybe some boiled chicken to tempt her to eat. Hope she’s feeling better soon!

My 7 month old Yorkie keeps eating rabbit poop, can she catch parasites from this??

As long as your rabbit doesn’t have any kind of intestinal parasites then she can’t. A lot of dogs eat bunny poop, it’s nothing to worry about. If the rabbit had any kind of intestinal parasites you would be able to see them in the rabbits poop.

Question by ?????: Can a dog catch worms from eating the poop of a dog that i on medication for worms?
My puppy has worms and is on medication and has been for 2 weeks. Can it get worms again from eating its own poo while its on medication. Or another dog catch it? Or are the parasites in its poop dead when they’re defecated?
It’s Being treated for Roundworms.
