Same thing it looks like when the dog gives it to people… Only less hairy. Shave the spot he has it and treat it immediately…
Ask the vet first as it could be something else… Ringworm looks like a lot of other conditions. best way to see it and tell, is to get a black light and shine that on the spot. It will glow like crazy!
It is a circular, reddish, raised patch of itchy scaly skin caused by a fungus. Not a worm… You can kill it over the counter with the same stuff that kills athletes foot… or some other fungicide.
( I know you probably know that but some people don’t so…)
