Question by erinkr1983: Do I still have to give my dog the worm capsules during the winer months?

Best answer:

Answer by Sleep Is For The Weak
Worms infect puppies anytime of year. I would suggest a natural solution using diatomaceous earth its natural and less harsh on his system…no chemicals. you can get it at any local feed store and mix it with food several days a week to keep your pet pest free..

Question by iday_iday: Its it safe to keep a Dog with ring worm among others?
ok i allready know the answer since ring worm its a very contagious Fongus but i want other people to speak up in the matter since today im having a house meeting, and help me out with a humane solution to keep me and my pets safe yet not harming my roomates dog.

This its my roomates dog and he refuses to leave the dog outside or in a crate therefore my dog and my cat has to be lock in a room, Because i dont want them to get infected…
yet this its too late for me i just came from the hospital and i got some pills and creams and along with a badge of honor because of my roomate irresponsability, avandoment for his dog and bad hygene around others.

here are some pictures of the first week we are now in week 5 and the infection has spread all over his body and legs except his face…

Question by lee c: How successful is heart worm treatment when dog is already coughing?
My 7 year old beagle has just been tested positive for heartworm. She has been coughing for three weeks and tires easily. I am trying to find someone that has had a dog with the same symptoms (coughing and heavy breathing) that went ahead and seeked the treatment. If so was it successful?
