My dog is 8 weeks old. What should I do about getting him worm medication?

Take him to the vet, he should have been dewormed already and he needs his puppy vaccinations (series of 3).

At 8 wks shouldnt it still be with momma for a coulpe more weeks? But u need to get a vet to check him out asnd start its vaccines. Im not sure at what stage of vaccines my dog got her dewormer but she did get one so take your pup to a vet please.
If you got your puppy from a breeder it should have been liquid wormed @ 2,3,4 &6wks and drontal tablet @ 8wks. Your vet will advise you on worming and shots after 8wks
How do you know he needs to be dewormed?
The dog needs to go to the vet for a wellness check-up and shots, then you can discuss dewormers while there.

Please get some wormer from the vet. You wouldn’t believe how many people end up asking what to do because they gave their puppy wormer from the store and now it’s sick. Your puppy also needs his vaccinations.
Take him to the vet for an exam, see when his next shots are due, and deworm him.
