Take her to the vet. They will have to look at her stool through the microscope. Also she could of picked up a venirial disease. Its best to tace her in right away. This could cause dehydration,Then fever, then fever siezures, then death of puppies

It is more then likely she caught a stomach virus, not worms. If she has not had her shots for Parvo or Corona, BOTH, she may be in trouble. Give her a cup of Gatorade mixed with a teaspoon of Pepto Bismal every hour until you can get her to a Vet or she will more then likely dehydrate on you and could go into shock. Use a syringe without the needle or a turkey baster to put the mixture down her throat because she probably won't drink it on her own. If you don't have either of those you can use a straw.
Most grown dogs who catch corona or parvo rarely die from the disease if they are given treatment. Keep her away from other dogs and especially puppies. A weak bleach solution will kill the virus on surfaces and in the yard areas she has been in.
