Sounds like she may be having heart failure or kidney failure. However heart failure can cause kidney failure.
Is she on heartworm prevention?
Heartworm disease is the most common cause of heart failure in young dogs.
Get her checked out tomorrow not days from now.
Good Luck
Coud be any of a number of things.. your best bet for an accurate diagnosis is to bring her in to the vet…
(my first thought is diabetes…)
Sounds like a hypothyroid issue, or like you said, kidney issues.
Bad breath could mean many things:
-Rotted or infected tooth
-kidney issues
Is she spayed?
I recommend at the very LEAST taking in a urine sample to a Vet.
I would call your local SPCA and see if they are willing to help you! Seems like you are a good owner so I don’t see why they wouldn’t be willing to help you out!
alot of it sounds like shes over weight and that can cause alot of probs
sounds like its kidney faliure blatter issues maybe kidney stones…. vets are normaly very resonable but u really need to get her checked out this can and will become serious if u dont cure it fast good luck
I have a pit bull who is 2 and a half and she is the sweetest, dopiest dog ever. You’re taking the right step by going to the vet. I’ve never tried, but I’ve heard you can sort of negotiate cost with vets. It’s worth a try, I guess, I don’t think anyone will want to turn away a sick animal. Also, you may be able to call around and get quotes if the condition is determined on your vet visit.
Good luck!
I have no clue what wrong with her, but I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers. How she better soon!!
