My Dog Has Watery Eyes And A Bad Dry Cough, As If She’s Got Something Stuck In Her Throat, What Can Cause This

She’s coughed like this occasionally, but for the past few days it’s been constant. Her eyes also became watery and r filled with goo. She is eating and doesn’t seem to have lost any energy. I thought about heart worms but the cough is the only symptom she has. Can the cough somehow be related to the alergy that’s causing the watery eyes?

Dogs eat grass alot of times when they have an upset tummy. Just recently
actually my dog was allergic to his dog food,he had the same symptoms but it started getting worse his skin started getting raw so i would change the dog food and take her to a vet.try giving her science diet.
She may have a cold or allergies. Dogs do occasionally get a cold or allergies.
Take her to the vet as soon as you can. It could be just an allergy but it could get worse if its an allergic reaction. Check everything before you see the vet: the food she’s eating and if you’ve introduced her to a new food, if she’s gotten into some vegetation that she’s not been around before, has she been around other sick dogs or a place where a sick dog was etc.
