Vets Please Answer I Need Advice?

right here goes these are my dog symptoms
weight loss
musle loss
lying around a lot more
her fur is falling out more than usual
her ribs r showing the poor thing looks like an abused dog
she does not have worms or flees i brought her to the vet
by the way shes a whippet xbreed she weighs 10 kg and 1 year old

I’m sorry to hear this, the poor thing. I am not a vet but is she eating and drinking properly? Is she still playful or active?
Those symptoms could be a million different things. You should get her to a E clinic Vet ASAP. Sounds like she needs full blood work, radiographs and other tests. Get her in as soon as possible, because no matter what anyone here on the internet tells you, your dog is not getting any better from it. So just take my advice please, and take her somewhere before its too late.
I would get a second vets opinion, Hon…..there’s a reason why she’s too thin and I would question a vet that doesn’t make her weight loss despite the lack of fleas or worms a concern of his…….okay, the testing being done might explain her medical issues…the fact she’s drinking alot may indicate diabetes….good luck.
Take her to a different vet! For the love of god, what on earth makes you think that this is something that will just magic itself away. Take the dog to someone who knows what to do!
No real vet would be on the computer helping yuo. I bet at least one 11 year old kid is saying there a vet and may be giving you harmful advice. I suggest taking your dog to a REAL vet not some 11 year old kid on yahoo saying t here a vet
There are no vets in here. Vets charge money for their services you need to pay the money and have the dog diagnosed by a vet in person…… soon before it is too late
Even IF there were any vets on here they couldn’t give you any sort of diagnoses without an examination.
If you want a vet’s advice get off your butt and GO to the vet.
GO TO A VET NOW! This sounds like a serious problem, and at only 1 year old, I would hate to know that they poor baby died. Hope she gets better, she’ll be in my prayers tonight.

What did the vet diagnose her with?
No one here is a veterinarian and even if we were, it is unethical to diagnose without examining the dog.
She needs to be seen by a vet, sooner rather than later. If you refuse to take her to the vet whilst she is showing signs of an extreme illness, you are breaking the law. That is neglect. If you are unable to afford the vet or too cheap to take her, please contact local shelters and rescues in the area to see if they will help you by offering discount services or having you surrender the dog so it can receive the medical attention she so desperately needs.
I hope she doesn’t die because of this.

Add: the best treatment possible would be at the vet’s office, not online. You only stated that your vet ruled out worms and fleas.
