Yes, roundworms are very common in kittens, but anything over the counter is not meant for one that little. He needs to go to the vet to get an accurate weight on him, and then dosed with an appropriate wormer, probably Pyrantel. Sounds like you need to bring her in for a checkup and get some good meds. Revolution is the only wormer I'd use on a kitten that young. You can get it from the vet and it costs about $13 for a dose. Your vet can discuss a repeat dose schedule with you. Revolution treats heartworms, hookworms, roundworms, fleas, ticks, and ear mites. It's a very good medicine. Get your kitten to the vet ASAP. BTW, a kitten that young should not be away from it's mom. If someone gave you this kitten, you should take it back to it's mother after the vet visit if you can.
